Attorney Robert B. Kirsh earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Indiana University in 1991, his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1994, and his Master of Science in Management (MBA) degree from the Purdue University Krannert Graduate School of Management in 1997.
Rob is drawn to adoption law because of its rewarding nature. He believes adoption is the only area of the law where everyone wins. Rob feels strongly about enhancing the public image of adoption and improving the process to make his adoption practice responsive to the needs of all parties, including birth parents, adoptive family, and child.
Rob believes in doing things with excellence, and is supremely committed to practicing adoption law in a manner that is professional, thorough, ethical, respectful, compassionate, and caring.
Rob comes from an "Adoption Family." His two older brothers, Steve and Joel Kirsh, are nationally recognized pioneers in the adoption field, have been practicing adoption law in Indiana for more than 25 years, and have handled over 2,500 adoptions. Brother Steve has been President of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, has served on the United States Delegation to the Hague Convention on Inter-Country Adoption, is a recipient of the Congressional "Angel in Adoption" award, and has been instrumental in drafting the adoption laws of Indiana that make it one of the most "adoption friendly" states in America. Rob works closely with, and receives the counsel of, both Steve and Joel.
Rob is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi.
Rob and his wife Amy have two children and live in Germantown, Tennessee.
